Esther Bae has been married to Jim Bae for over 35 years and has 3 grown-up children: Ashley, Cara, and Ezra. She is very passionate about sharing her journey with God to encourage and empower women.

My Story
I was born in South Korea and grew up there until my family immigrated to Canada in 1984. With my father being a pastor, going to church was just like going to school every day. I knew the gospel message from an early age but it was not until I was in high school that I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior and Lord. My personal relationship with Jesus became real and more intimate once I dedicated my life to Him and His ministry.

I got married to my husband Jim in 1989 and we have been in ministry both in the States and Canada for over the last 35 years. Even though I have dedicated my life to Jesus and served Him in ministry faithfully, somehow I became very exhausted and burnt out.

My family had encountered a very challenging and traumatic situation in 2016 and we all went through a very painful journey over the next several years individually and as a whole family. This experience led me to look seriously into my heart and start my own spiritual journey deep within.
The Master key Experience Program from September 2017 to March 2018 came just in time to help me in this journey along with the Spiritual Formation course at the Moody Bible Institute in 2019 and 2020. Through these programs, I have learned great practices for my own spiritual and soul journey.
God had used a very familiar passage in the Bible, Matthew 11:28-30 over the last several years to transform me from living the life of doing to being. It has been an amazing journey from a life of burn out to a life of joy, peace, and love. The more I experience the sweet fellowship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, my desire to share with others about my own journey grew stronger and stronger. Hence this website was created and I am so humbled and grateful for what God has for me going forward in my journey to encourage and empower other women in their own soul journey within.

Master Guide for the Master Key Experience Program
I have completed the Master Key Experience Program from Sep 2017 to March 2018. I dove right into become a trained guide the following year and then continued the Master Key Experience journey. When the opportunity opened up to become a Master Guide, I decided to step into this role and have been thoroughly enjoying this journey to support the other guides who are walking alongside the members.
2019-2020
Spiritual Formation Program at Moody Bible Institute
This 2 year Spiritual formation course came just in time for me to go deeper in my spiritual journey. I have learned so much about myself and God and also gained many helpful tools and practices that I am still applying in my journey within.
2018
Completed the certification program as a colour code trainer
The Colour Code program opened my eyes to understand myself better and others based on each one's driving core motive which goes deeper than the superficial behaviours. This is a great learning tool to improve oneself and gaining a great skills for better interpersonal communications.
